Sophia (Ji Hye) Han founded JH Wellness Clinic to offer a natural, personalized path to health and healing.



With a strong background in counseling and holistic health, Sophia focuses on helping clients restore balance, energy, and well-being through non-invasive, natural methods.



She holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in counseling-related fields and is currently advancing her professional studies in Applied Holistic Nutrition. She also specializes in Iridology and BIE (Bioenergetic Intolerance Elimination) to identify root causes and support the body’s healing systems.



Sophia believes true wellness happens when the whole person — body, mind, and spirit is cared for with gentle and individualized attention.



At JH Wellness Clinic, her goal is simple:
